Ocean Media Group (“Ocean Media”) is a new media company born out of the
£41.5 million management buy-out (“MBO”) of Inside Communications Ltd from
Trinity Mirror PLC in July 2006. David Moran, Managing Director and Simon
Malcolm, Finance Director, backed the MBO which was financed by Ion Equity, a
private equity firm.
Ocean Media Group operates consumer and trade exhibitions, conference and
magazines in a variety of sectors.
Public Sector, Outdoor and Leisure, Weddings and Bridal, Consumer Magazines,
Trade Magazines and Trade Exhibitions.
